STEP 1:

Locate

Wire Box
Oil Sensor
Kill Switch

STEP 2:

Open wire box and expose all the wiring. Disconnect the oil sensor wire and tape metal end with eletrical tape.

NOTE* Disconnecting the oil sensor will eliminate the engine cutting out on hard turns and bumpy terrain.

Step 3:

Cut the existing kill switch wire aprox. 1" from kill switch. Strip the insulation from the end of the long wire.

Step 4:

Cut and strip the remote kill switch wire.

Twist the two ends together and install wire nut.

Step 5:

Finish the installation by locating the remote kill switch easily accessible to the driver.

In the photo we have the switch clamped to a piece of 3/4" tubing to simulate the kart or minibike frame. The remote kill switch must be grounded to the frame.

Finally, be sure to tuck the wiring back into the wire box.
